What's your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 9am PST will be shipped the following Monday (or following business day, if applicable).
Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive payment authorization.

Christmas: December 25
New Year's: January 1

Shipping Methods

We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100 which arrive within 5-10 business days, this includes order verification and processing.
Ground Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 – 8 business days, this includes order verification and processing.
2-Day Shipping: Your order must be received with credit card authorization by 9:00 am PST (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If your order is placed after this time, it will be processed the following business day.

We do not ship items purchased from this website to these destinations.
